I’m a current Playbook subscriber, how do I switch over?
If you have a current ANNUAL subscription on Playbook, download The Daily Pump App using one of the links above.
Once you’ve downloaded, click SIGN UP (NOT sign in) and enter your same email that’s used on Playbook. You won’t be asked for payment until the end of your paid billing cycle. Make sure to cancel your subscription on the Playbook app so you aren’t double billed!
If you have a current MONTHLY subscription on Playbook, download The Daily Pump App using one of the links above.
Sign up as a new customer, using your preferred email address. Make sure to cancel your subscription on the Playbook app so you aren’t double billed!
What if my email is not working on the new app?
Please email dailypump@trainmakr.com and they will help with any login issues!
I’M BEING CHARGED BY BOTH APPS, hELP!
Make sure your Playbook subscription is fully cancelled, either by logging into the app and navigating to Manage Subscription or you can email support@playbookapp.io
