WHAT TO EXPECT:
Step 1, you’re going to fill out the client questionnaire below. This helps me understand your goals and gives me an idea of what your lifestyle looks like. Chances are slim that you'll stick to a plan if it requires you to turn your whole life upside down just to follow it. Honesty and transparency are key to making this work! I’m going to help you make a mindset change that results in the weight loss you’re looking for, and you’ll walk away with the tools to keep progress rolling and make it stick.
Part of my process is understanding your current food intake so I’ll ask that you send me 4 days worth of food/drink logging. If you track your food already you can send me the last 4 days or you can track the next 4. You won’t be required to send me your diet-logs during the program but you’ll be tracking on your own via MyFitnessPal if you have it, or just a basic spreadsheet works great (I’ll show you how to do this later on!)
Using this info I’ll create a customized macro breakdown based on your current physique. This is our starting point and WILL change as often as necessary.
Membership to The Daily Pump app is required. You may already be subscribed — if you aren’t, it’s $6 a month or $60 per year. You’ll have the flexibility to follow my daily training or utilize one of the many saved programs within the app. Based on your goals, I may recommend a particular program if I think it will benefit your specific needs.
Daily communication with me — You'll be asked to track your weight every morning in a Google sheets doc. Adherence to the plan and check-in consistency is vital if you expect results! This is not a take-it-and-run deal. I make diet AND cardio adjustments based on these weigh-ins as often as necessary and communication is open for the duration of your plan via email. If you have questions or need to send form-check videos, I can handle these quickly so you get the most of your time on the program.
Please note: since the program focuses heavily on macros and you will NOT receive a meal plan, I can only take you on if you have experience tracking food already. You don’t need to be an expert by any means - but some understanding will be necessary to stay on top of your tracking/daily intake.

All training programs are paid as a subscription. Stick with it for 1 month or 8, I’m here for you as long as you want to go! If you need to cancel you can do that at any time, no need to make it weird and I won’t take it personal. No refunds/pro-rated refunds for unused time. I make an investment in each and every client I work with, I think the experience should be mutual! Your program is not mass produced. It requires thought, time, and energy. My job is to educate and help you walk away with a better understanding of how to train properly and eat for your goals. This requires full participation for the duration of the plan.
